Beneficiaries and eligibility criteria:
Complex medical and social assistance is given to all people who can be considered victims of torture, regardless of nationality, age, gender, political orientation, residence, etc., according to art. 1 of the Convention against Torture (UN CAT).
Upon registration, eligible persons present documents confirming their status: an identification card issued by the competent bodies and institutions, including local public administration; a Rehabilitation Certificate issued by relevant institutions or other documents issued by NGOs and state institutions.
Target groups:
Within available resources and if necessary, second degree victims- close relatives of survivors- are assisted.
