RCTV Memoria provides the following legal assistance:
1) Assessment of our beneficiaries’ cases and files, in order to find out the facts and the socio-juridical consequences of torture, violence and repressions;
2) Assisting the clients according to their specific needs and rights;
3) Providing help to our beneficiaries to prepare all the necessary documents in order to regain their legal rights - complaints, petitions for Courts and other institutions;
4) The legal counseling to family members and to lawyers of the assisted victims to bring perpetrators to justice.
5) Monitoring of the cases in courts.
6) Counseling on asylum procedures.
