On the 26^th of June, United Nations International Day in Support of Victims of Torture, RCTV Memoria invited its beneficiaries to a round table with the theme “TORTURE ABROAD GENERATIONS. DEPORTATIONS FROM BASARABIA”. It was held in the premises of the Municipal Library B. P. Hasdeu in Chișinău.

The program included discussions about trans-generation transmission of trauma, presentation of pages of History and Pain and the opening of a book exhibition on the Stalinist repressions and memories from GULAG.

The speakers – Margarita Raducan, Viorica Olaru-Cemirtan, Elena Siscanu, Igor Stoica, Alexandru Moraru, as well as some beneficiaries of RCTV Memoria – shared most interesting and moving stories and memories with the persons present.
